BRAND FILM/STEPHEN SANCHEZ CONCERT PORTION SCENES SHOOT – WEDNESDAY AUGUST 30, 2023

REPORT TO: 

CUMBERLAND BALLROOM at the Hilton Double Tree, 315 4th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37219. 

Entrance Instructions: Enter from the main entrance on 4th Ave N, take the elevator to BR level (Ballroom). Check in at the Cumberland Ballroom. 

RATE Is $150/12 hours plus parking and $10 meal money (money added on to your check for a walk away meal you get on your own). As for parking – when you pull in to the assigned garage (addresses of garages will be posted when I get them), take a ticket, and you will be given a voucher during the day which you will pay the ticket with when you exit.

YOU SHOULD BE GETTING AN EMAIL OR ALERT FROM WRAPBOOK to set up payroll. CHECK SPAM if not received, let me know if not received.

Parking Voucher handed out at check in to Holding. YOU MUST PARK IN THE RESERVED LOT TO HAVE YOUR PARKING PAID. Parking outside of the assigned lot will not be reimbursed. 

Usually pay goes out about 2 weeks after a shoot.

INFO REGARDING LANGUAGE IN WRAPBOOK CONTRACT:

This is pretty standard language in releases over the last couple of years. 

This allows the studio to use this footage in any edit. This is for two spots specifically for the VMAs. 

Technically they could use your likeness for other spots associated with this product and branding. 

Typically if they were to re-use footage we would have a secondary release. The production company is also controlling VFX on this project and don’t plan to scan your likeness and use it for any purpose.

Please wear casual concert-going wear, no logos. Green, Yellow, Red, Orange, and Blue clothing items are encouraged. The wardrobe supervisor will be reaching out with more information ahead of the shoot.
